I did it myself for years as an athlete and trainer. Thinking that if I only got fit enough or thin enough that I’d finally be at peace. It never happened – I was always left wanting. Because dieting and overexercise causes more separation from your body.
Then I heard a voice of truth: “You are a gift, and your body is a gift. Treat it as such”
This truth changed my life. I realized that my calling is to help other people transform themselves through deep self compassion and self trust because THAT IS WHERE REAL CHANGE BEGINS.
